Today is day eight. That means you'll have completed
at least 36 sit-ups. That is, unless you've been showing up for class, then you've done a few more. But who's counting any extras - we're just happy getting them done and sticking to it, right? Remember, if you have friends, family, or even co-workers who want to join, as of today, they'll need to "buy-in" and complete 36. Just remind them, tomorrow they will be back at 9.
UPDATE: If you're on the 52 week plan, you're on week two. Every Friday starts a new week. Buy-ins are the same - just make up the sit-ups you miss and there's no banking.
